Gluten Free Panzanella Salad

Ingredients

2 BFree Soft White Rolls torn into chunks 

300g ripe tomatoes roughly chopped 

1 yellow pepper roughly chopped 

1/2 red onion finely sliced 

1/4 cucumber roughly chopped

5 tbsp extra virgin olive oil 

2 tbsp red wine vinegar 

Salt and pepper 

1 bunch basil roughly torn 

Method

Place all of the ingredients into a large bowl, season with salt and pepper and give everything a really good toss together and serve 

This is great as it is, also delicious served with some grilled fish or meat to make a bigger meal
