Hello BFree Foodies! We have been working hard in BFree HQ to design a great 5 day workout plan to celebrate the launch of our Oaty Loaf into Waitrose in the UK! It will help to get you in great shape, without the need for an expensive gym membership or 3 hours of your day! These quick, do-at-home workouts will be sure to get you moving and are a great way to start the day.


Day 2 is all about legs! 

3 rounds of:

20 x Jumping squats (focus on weight in the heels)

20 x Step Ups on to bench or small wall

20 x Jumping Lunges

Take a 90 second break in between sets to get your breath back.


Once you've smashed your workout, it's important to refuel your body correctly and energise your day! This Oaty Loaf recipe is sure to give you the energy you need to tackle whatever the day might send your way. 

What You Need:

  • 2 Slices of Oaty Loaf
  • 2 Eggs
  • Handful of Spinach
  • Salt 'n' Pepper
  1. Scramble your eggs and add your spinach while cooking
  2. Toast your Oaty Loaf to perfection
  3. Spread your eggs evenly on your Oaty Loaf and enjoy!
